This 1 mile indoor race is held on the Alerus Center Concourse and welcomes all ages and abilities. Come on out and get your blood pumping before heading in to the Healthy Living Expo for a great day of health and wellness.

Each participant will receive a race shirt, bib, and $10.00 gift card to See Dick Run.

  • March 9 4:00 PM CST - Packet Pickup 4:00 to 6:00 at See Dick Run

  • March 10 7:30 AM CST - Late Registration 7:30 to 8:30 am

  • March 10 9:00 AM CST - 12 and UNDER MILE

  • March 10 9:20 AM CST - 13 and OVER MILE HEAT 1

  • March 10 9:40 AM CST - 13 and OVER MILE HEAT 2

  • Additional heats as needed

  • March 10 10:00 AM CST - Awards

Additional Information

Early packet pick up will take place on Friday, March 9, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at See Dick Run (3750 32nd Ave S Ste 102 -- next to Pizza Ranch).

If you are unable to grab your packet then, day of packet pick up will be available from 7:30 am to 8:30 at the SDR table at the top of the stairs as you walk up to the concourse at the southeast entrance to the Alerus Center.
