This 1 mile indoor race is held on the Alerus Center Concourse and welcomes all ages and abilities. Come on out and get your blood pumping before heading in to the Healthy Living Expo for a great day of health and wellness.
New this year, along with the classic mile race, is the Fitness Challenge Mile. The challenge includes four exercises, each followed by a 1/4 mile run. How it will play out: the starter will say go, participants will do 10 burpees, run a 1/4 mile, do 20 push ups, run a 1/4 mile, do 30 plank jacks, run a 1/4 mile, do 40 sprinter sit ups, and finish with a 1/4 mile. Four exercises + four 1/4 mile runs = Fitness Challenge Mile.

Each participant will receive a t-shirt
Each participant will receive a $10.00 certificate to SDR
Top finishers will receive gift cards to See Dick Run

Early packet pick up will take place on Friday, March 9, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at See Dick Run (3750 32nd Ave S Ste 102 -- next to Pizza Ranch).
If you are unable to grab your packet then, day of packet pick up will be available from 7:30 am to 8:30 at the SDR table at the top of the stairs as you walk up to the concourse at the southeast entrance to the Alerus Center.
