This 5K run/walk welcomes all.  If you are fast, good for you.  If it will be a struggle to walk the 3.1 miles, we want you to join us as well. 

Our goal is to strengthen families and communities by promoting the benefits of prevention, treatment and recovery for mental health and substance abuse.  And one of the greatest ways to battle addiction and substance abuse is through positive addiction.  Come one, come all and experience the positive benifits of community and running!

All proceeds from this event will go to support the Rally for Recovery Grand Forks.
